Customer Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

If the customer is a consumer and has concluded a purchase contract through the online store, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

The customer is entitled to inspect and try the goods in a manner that would be possible in a physical retail store. However, the handling of the goods must not exceed what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Floorball Sticks

Before returning a floorball stick, the customer may hold it, inspect its specifications, and test its length and grip.
The following actions are considered use beyond normal inspection:

• removing the protective foil from the grip, which is covered for hygiene reasons,
• using the stick during training sessions or matches,
• any scratches, scuffs, or other signs of contact between the blade and the playing surface, boards, ball, or other objects.

Floorball sticks with the protective grip foil removed or showing signs of use cannot be returned as unused goods.

Shoes

Shoes may be tried on in the same manner as in a physical retail store, i.e. indoors, on a clean surface, and while wearing clean socks.
The following actions are considered use beyond normal inspection:

• using the shoes during sports activities,
• using the shoes in a sports hall, outdoors, or in any other operational environment,
• soiling of the outsole or upper,
• scuffs, creases, damage, or any other signs of regular wear.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we recommend returning the shoes clean, undamaged, and complete with the original shoebox and all accessories. The original shoebox is considered part of the product, and its damage or absence may affect the amount refunded.
