Floorball as well as sqaush, badminton and tennis belong in high load category. These sports are very demanding not only to musculoskeletal system but also to quality floorball shoes. Sudden changes in a movement direction are typical for floorball, fast starts followed by a sudden braking which is very demanding on used sports shoes.

Floorball shoes should ensure firm and safe hold of feet, they shouldn't be slippery and the least but not last, they should be breathable and made of material intended for indoor surface. We also often encounter shoes with inclined plane of the sole, where the height difference between the tip and the heel can be up to 9 mm. This tilt is more comfortable for running and sudden changes, especially more natural for your ankles.
